Non-Destructive Testing

Non-destructive testing (NDT) is the branch of engineering concerned with methods of detecting and evaluating flaws in materials. MMTSL provides highly skilled, experienced and motivated personnel qualified and certified in accordance with international certification schemes in the conventional techniques

Welding Inspection

MMTSL is a full-service weld procedure and welder qualification provider with complete in-house resources to step you through the qualification process. Our staff includes Certified Weld Inspectors and Level II Inspectors also offers on-site weld inspection services. MMTSL provides important testing and approval certification services for welding procedures and welder competency. We evaluate each welding procedure to ensure that it is suitable and safe. Our welding engineers can also help clients develop their procedures if they lack that capability in-house. When a procedure has been approved, we test the client’s welders against it to make sure that they are capable of conducting the procedure.

Environmental monitoring

Perform chemical and physical analysis of inorganic and organic compounds using instrumental and classical analytical methods; to perform macro- and microbiological evaluations of environmental samples; to conduct field testing and sample collection services; to perform assorted sample manipulation procedures designed to prepare the various sample matrices for analyses by instrumental methods; to monitor and assess ambient and indoor air quality in Broward County; to perform bulk asbestos and air toxics analyses. Corrosion Testing Laboratories is capable of performing a wide range of laboratory testing from standard ASTM, DOT/EPA, and NACE test procedures to customized test programs.
